Items bought on promotion unless damaged.

How to Request a Return

Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return Approval


Our team will check your request.
If approved, we will share return instructions.
You must send the item to the provided address.

Inspection


We will inspect the item after receiving it.
If the item meets the conditions, we will process your refund.
If it does not meet the conditions, we will return it to you.

Refund Process


Refunds go to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
You will receive a confirmation message when the refund is done.

Replacements


If the item you want is available, we will send a replacement.
If it is not available, we will issue a refund.

Wrong or Damaged Item


If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, report it within 48 hours.
Send photos with your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping


You will pay return shipping for change of mind.
We will pay return shipping if we delivered a damaged or wrong item.
